The kids were excited to be able to use any medium they wanted. I had brought in tissue paper and many of them used this, but not everybody.

Many of the students have the letters the students from China had sent, pinned on their dividers, so they were looking at them and studying them before they began to create. One student looked up the Chinese characters for certain words.

They enjoy doing these projects.
